Trent joined Wade at TexBet in June 2021, after making the move from the city where he ran a small business with his brother to pursue his dream of working in the wagering industry. His work ethic is matched only by his boundless energy and after just 6 months in the business he was promoted to the Head of Strategy. Trent oversaw and executed the customer journey from acquisition, through to management, client relations and retention, and was pivotal in the growth and success of the business.

Trent is the embodiment of someone who never settles for mediocrity, always striving for excellence and continually consumed by the singular passion of making things better. He has immersed and surrounded himself with great business role models and mentors that have elevated him and fast tracked his business ‘know how’, whilst also completing a Diploma in Leadership and Management.

While in the confines of a singular industry, we have not yet seen a glimpse of what Trent can do, and he is joining Wade and the team on a journey of disrupting industries and driving significant change.
